This is the exact variant of Klira Model 162-1 that is Stinkybass. (Stinkycase also pictured! Obviously not this case, but the model. Sadly I do not think Stinkycase is salvageable.)

I read somewhere that someone suggested using Bounce dryer sheets...but you're already past that...

I did try that. And that's awesome if you're just trying to get rid of absorbed odours which are slowly dissipating. In this case, the odour was still being produced by active mildew cultures. Hopefully I've taken care of that.

I wouldn't recommend it for the guitar, but for the case you could try Febreeze.
