Chapter 4 - The End, and the Beginning, of History
There's still a coda to come, probably in a week. But basically, this arc is over. The coda answers a very important question, but also moves us forward into the Arc of Dominion, so as is usual for these between-arc pieces, it serves multiple purposes. Hopefully it will serve them all well.
