Here are some answers! I stole this half of the quiz thing from Vicka, too. (Posted when I had 27 respondents. If I get more, I'll do more replies.)

I didn't really think of it as a complex question - I think it's as complex as you want to make it. ^_^

I miss you too!

Actually, I won't be there - I'll be in Vancouver at the Great Big Sea show, and seeing a bunch of people, some of whom are reading this! hiya! I've relayed an announcement and a couple of requests, tho', and I'll be there next month.

Jesus that's a lot of hiking.

Lackadaisy; pictures for sad children; Zebra Girl; The Desert Peach is online now, if you want some old-school Donna Barr goodness, as is her new strip, Afterdead; I like Rich's Comic Blog and yafgc; and Venus Envy may have come back to life at a new URL, but whether it'll be good again is yet to be seen.

If you want more than 80 characters, there's always the comment function. ^_^

I don't have a strict daily routine; the most constant thing is music, though, which frankly has been about the only thing keeping me going the last year or so. The last few years have been insanely stressful for a lot of reasons, and I have a problematic history, so I have good days and bad days. On bad days, I sometimes don't manage very much else. Fortunately, my self employment is flexible, most of the time, and when it's not, I still manage. The garden has been sadly neglected this year, though, and I feel bad about that. On good days, I write - music, preferably, but not always (sometimes it's econ!) - or record, or sing, or generally working on getting yes-I-mean-it better at this music thing. And the household stuff, and other projects, and manage financials and such, like y'do. [livejournal.com profile] spazzkat keeps saying I need to monetise my blogging.

Malinda Lo's Ash; Issui Ogawa's The Lord of the Sands of Time; Haruki Murakami's A Wild Sheep Chase.

Not much, really. I've had a couple more little song ideas since I started getting words for "Getting Away with It" and have poked around at some of my notes - I have a lot of material I need to develop here. Summer generally isn't big songwriting time, but I should change that. I need to be writing more.

I have longstanding alienation issues that have been aggravated a lot the last couple of years, and have really been kicking up badly this year due to various events I don't want to detail here. It's been a real problem, but I think I'm getting a grip on it.

Past life memories aren't my thing. Hells, I can't remember half my theoretical this->life.

Well, really, I'm doing a lot of busking and some stage performances, but am working on moving up to more stage work. Busking is absolutely a valid and important art form, but not my destination - I like the stage. That's part of what all this recording commentary has been about - you can't get a lot of stage gigs until you have a CD you can flash around at people as a demo. Plus, you make a lot more money at any show where you have CDs for sale. (If this isn't what you meant then I didn't understand your question.)

All the elements typically found in air, plus lint. Plus probably some other things. But I'm pretty sure about those.

すしすごいですね!すきだよ!

Replies will be slow but if you have something you want to talk about, of course not. Go ahead. But please - no chain letters, no games, none of that, thanks. I need to do less typing and computer-keyboard time.

What "what if?" They are out to get you.

I like it here, but most Massachusetts transplants I've known have done better staying in Boston and/or have moved back. That said, if you're historically mobile, I suppose it can't hurt to try. But the community is different and that may be awesome and may be hard to handle. I can't know.

No - I've never even heard of the site before. What's the advantage?

I'd love to play Capital Hill and will apply for next year. I have a second Seattle stage gig coming up in Magnolia, on October 3rd.

No tattoos; no plans to get any. This doesn't mean I'm against them in general, but distinguishing marks can be a minus.

Politics do not intrigue me - in fact, I rather loathe it. I'm not well-suited to it emotionally at all. But if you're queer and in the US, you really do not have the option of ignoring it; you have only two parties of substance, one that will sell you out for the promise of a hamburger on Thursday, and the other one offering the hamburger so they can make you illegal again. So there you go.

Not hugely; I had great fun on Two Moons when I was active, and have some great memories of it, but I like having feeling in my hands more than I like the RP. I wouldn't mind trying out a good tabletop game again tho'.

When you don't know where to start, make a list and roll some dice.

Aw, thanks. I'm workin' on it. ^_^

Actually, Shego is playing for the other team*. Well, the other team to the typical superhero, anyway. Supervillainy is the order of the day.

*: IYKWIM. Well, my team. At least I hope so. Damn, she's hot.
