Passing the word along

Two of my friend kathrynt's neighbours are selling their houses. It's a nice neighbourhood in an older part of Bothell; they're on a cul-de-sac within walking distance to a large number of shops, services, and Bothell's downtown, are reasonably-priced for the area, and kathrynt would be a cool neighbour.
