Thunderhail!
Nov. 21st, 2006 10:28 pmThunderhail! That was neat - very dark, very windy, and afterwards very cold in the breeze. The bus home had to change routes for a few blocks to avoid a downed tree across a road, too. (For bonus points, the tree took out some power lines. Ambitious!)
Then when I got home I noticed that a couple of my rhodies are being very, very stupid and forming spring buds, one of which is showing petals. I'd shriek "GUYS, NO!" at them, but it's not like they listen to me - but I'll be sad when we have no flowers next year, snif.
In other news, it's very damp.
