Unless I got the times wrong, I averaged right about 18 miles per hour on the trail yesterday. Eighteen. Miles. Per. Hour. I'd gotten up to about 16 mph last year, I think, but this is the fastest I've been on a ride of any length. (I've done 22-24 in bursts, always down hills.) I'm spending almost all of my rides in 3,7, my highest-ratio gear, after a little startup section in 3,6.

I have homework due today, which is kind of evil, but I actually finished it yesterday afternoon, so TAKE THAT! I'm pleased with my grades so far; hopefully I can keep my average up. Unfortunately, I still have a quiz on Wednesday.
