10 hours of concom meeting is a bit much
Jun. 4th, 2005 11:44 pmCascadiaCon ConCom conference at ConComCon all day today. My brain is b0rken now. But we got a lot done, I guess. I have a more coherent idea of budget, a room location, a lot better idea about what's going on with the rest of the convention, and all that. Which is good.
Still, 10 hours is a lot. And I still need a staff. But one set of steps at a time, I guess.
Biking to murksouth yesterday was hard. I dunno why, either. I suspect it has to do with more grass and weed pollen in the air - my antihistamines are handling it, but even when they do, they have an impact.
Thursday's token: 0.1
Friday's miles: 16
Miles out of Hobbiton: 212.8. There's some interesting-looking ruins up ahead; I wonder if they're in my guidebook?
Miles to Rivendell: 245.2
This is the last flower picture set I have. I haven't had time to play more with the camera yet, but the last two tries were unusable. Snif. Anyway, the colour was like this in the shot itself. Which is kind of neat, even if it looks all fake.
