ちょっとまってください

Apparently our offer isn't dead yet. They're saying they got back from out of town too late last night to look at the offers. Rebecca suggests that the other offer wasn't as good as ours and they're stalling a day to let another offer come in. We'll see.

The question is: how much jerking around like this do we let them do before we walk? Because they're clearly jerking around hoping for better.
