AT&T blows donkeys: I have proof!

So in DECEMBER, AT&T came out to the rental house to install cable for one of my tenants, and they accidentally pulled down a gutter downspout, because cables ran behind it. That's all fine; I saw that they'd done that when they were out there, and presumed they'd put it back.

Wrong.

So I've been trying to get them to fix it since January. They're all about the "Jesus, we broke your house, of course we'll fix it!" on the phone, but then nothing ever happens. This is very stupid. I guess I should go to the state attourney general at this point.

Oh, yes. I could fix it, but they broke it, so they should fix it. Plus, I'd need the Big Ladder, and I can't even set that thing up myself. I need at least a second person.
