Yeah, but if you adopt this lair, that's one. IT'S A TRAP. Everything about it is a trap. It's got to be. MI-6 working with Italian intelligence is my bet.

That's where the escape submarine comes into play. And the detachable hydrofoil bow to distract Bond. And don't forget the aftermarket sharks with frickin laser beams on their heads. MI-6 wouldn't know about those.
