Sure. But they ran the numbers, and I've seen them too, and based on voting in the last few elections - including Biden's win - if only men voted, Republicans would have a permanent supermajority in both houses and the Presidency for... ever, maybe. Certainly a long time.

And I say that knowing that Washington State and Oregon would be one of the few places still electing Democrats. Also parts of New England.

It wouldn't be no Democrats. But it would be far fewer, and they know that, and given how completely ready they are to change election rules to force wins, given a supermajority? They'd never be out of power again.
