I'm going to say they look about 8-10 weeks to me. They're a little big and the proportioning is wrong for six weeks. Also, six weeks is too early to be away from momma. Also, their eyes are no longer blue from what I can see. That, too, indicates they are at least 8 weeks.
Six weeks may be too early but it's still the generally accepted time for weaning. I don't know anyone other than breeders who so much as blink at taking away a kitten from mama at six weeks.
At 6 weeks they've seldom had the type of training momma really needs to give them. I have yet to encounter a cat taken away prior to 8-12 weeks of age who, for one, does not like to suckle on fuzzy surfaces while kneading in later life. That speaks volumes to me. Also, if you give it the full 12 weeks and momma is potty-trained, she will have a chance to train the kittens so that you don't have to do that work yourself.
