I know it is for lead acid, but for lithium? I'm not so sure they have the volumes for that level of recycling, not quite yet. Heck, they don't even have a core charge yet, which is the main thing that got lead up to a 90%+ recycle rate.
(I've got one of those lithium beasts, so yeah, I'm concerned.)

Lithium is a lot more valuable per unit mass. There's incentive.
