I was going to ask if a lawsuit can be filed to make the passage unconstitutional. Too bad that something unconstitutional couldn't have been put up for a vote anyways.

God, this makes me sick as well. Of all the States I would have thought California would be more 'progressive' then this.

another thing- how irritating that out of state people put money on the table. That totally pisses me off when out of state folk influence in state situations.
