Toy Bodhran
It really is a toy - it's 3/4 size and it cost all of $31, so I'm assuming it will explode on me in the near future. But I like the sound it makes, for however long it's willing to make it. ^_^
Also, I am now in Lark in the Morning's database as a referral flutemaker. We started talking about instruments, and I mentioned that I played mostly instruments I make, and then there was some back and forth and they wanted to know what kind, so I played them a bit of 桜木町 on Popcorn and told them I made flutes like this, and that was all they needed to hear. I also told them about Splinter, which they thought sounded kind of awesome. I wonder if anything will come of it?

It looks like you're supposed to hold the stick in the middle and rotate the stick back and forth.
