Big YAY on the neighborhood situation improving!!!
Not improving yet. Things may be falling into position so that they can improve. But the summer has been pretty typical for all summers, which is to say "fairly quiet and reasonably nice." It's when the student body gets back en masse that things will to go hell. The question is whether new landowners will be more responsive, and whether the city and police will actually enforce the new noise ordinance. If they don't, it'll just turn right back into the same thing.
