I actually recognize the movie (though that's not a scene in it) but can't recall the title. It's a black comedy, with Price playing an undertaker who decides to increase his business with poison. Originally, according to lore about this movie, Karloff and Rathbone were supposed to play each other's roles, but the noble proved too athletic for the aging Karloff, so they switched. That doesn't really make sense, because you'd expect the sword-wielding role to be planned for Rathbone - an expert fencer - from the beginning.
