He is a free speech relative absolutist. He (and his mates) should have the right to say anything (and force people to engage with their drivel), but anything that hurts his fee fees are OFF THE LIMITS.

I am also somewhat reminded of The Onion's amicus brief to SCOTUS, which in part runs the thesis that labelling parody is essentially self-contradictory.
