You mean, the better mobile behaviour? Because Navbar 2 is included, and there are
some
changes, mostly for neatness, and
some
which are mobile-specific.
But that aside, there is are plans; I have a project called Navbar 3, which includes Navbar 3 for Mobile. Navbar 3 is a set of swipeable panels.
Here are screenshots and a design document
, which is all that exists so far, but Denise is heavily interested.
